5 Axis CNC Setter required in Clare, ROI

For innovative, leading precision engineering business based in Munster, Ireland. The successful 5 Axis CNC Setter will be required to carry out machining practices to produce parts for various industries such as Aerospace & Medical. Machinists with experience with either 5 axis Doosan machines or Siemens controls will be at a distinct advantage.

5 Axis CNC Setter Tasks:

• Set & Operate 5 Axis Doosan mills
• Set up a machine from programme
• Self-Inspection of components and liaising with inspection department
• Working with programmers to ensure program runs effectively

5 Axis CNC Setter Profile:

• Several years experience within a Toolmaking / Machining role
• Experience working on 5 axis machinery (Doosan ideally)
• Knowledge of Siemens controls ideal
• Producing high precision parts for various industries (medical, automotive, aerospace, oil & gas etc)
