About the Role

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Administrator to join our team, the facility is based about 5 miles from Bristol city centre (BS15 area) located close to North Common. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company, providing exceptional service and administrative support to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated client accounts.
• Manage and enhance internal sales processes to support business growth.
• Conduct customer site visits to ensure service excellence.
• Process customer requirements, requests, and orders efficiently.
• Handle engineers’ reports and maintain customer records.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
• Manage and action daily reports.

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
