Syntech Recruitment are partnering with our client to find a highly skilled Coded Welder / Fabricator with expertise in MIG and TIG welding. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team working on high-precision aluminium and stainless steel fabrications, particularly within marine projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to coded industry standards.
• Work with aluminium and stainless steel for high-specification marine fabrications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precision in all builds.
• Fabricate small to medium-sized components for aluminium boat building projects.
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure welding procedures, material preparation, and fabrication meet strict compliance regulations.
• Carry out metal cutting and forming processes as required.
• Ensure all welding and fabrication work meets safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• Proven ability to weld using MIG and TIG processes.
• Strong background in fabrication and welding of aluminium and stainless steel.
• Experience working from engineering drawings with precision.
• Knowledge of metal cutting and forming processes.
• Valid driving licence.
