CMM Inspector
Salary: Up to £17p/h
Hours of work: 7;30am to 4:30pm
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Woking, Surrey

Tasks for a CMM Inspector:

• Mechanical Inspection of machined components to required quality standards
• Follow Engineering drawings and spec sheets
• Carry out Visual inspections
• Carry out first principle inspections
• Bench Inspection
• CMM Inspection (Aberlink)

Your Profile:

• Several years Mechanical / Quality Inspection experience within a high precision engineering business
• Good working knowledge CMM machines (Ideally Aberlink)
• The ability to Programme a CMM (Aberlink) "desirable"
• Experience with Faro Arm and Contour Trace
• Good understanding of 1st , batch and final inspection
• Solid understanding of GD&T
• Strong use of all hand measuring tools and equipment
• Educated to HND or HNC level in a related field
