CNC Miller required in Clare, ROI

For innovative, leading precision engineering business based in Munster, Ireland. The successful CNC Miller will be required to carry out machining practices to produce parts for various industries such as Aerospace & Medical. CNC Millers with a background in HyperMill or Solidcam would be at a distinct advantage.

CNC Miller Tasks:

• Set & Operate multi axis CNC Mills (Hurco, Doosan, DMG)
• Toolmaking duties
• Program Machines using Winmax and Fanuc
• Self-Inspection of components
• Producing parts on various machine shop equipment

CNC Miller Profile:

• Several years experience within a Toolmaking / Machining role
• Use of Manual Mills and Lathe's
• Working knowledge of EDM Machines would be ideal
• Knowledge of Hypermill or Solidcam would be ideal
• Producing high precision parts for various industries (medical, automotive, aerospace, oil & gas etc)
