CNC Programmer

Syntech Recruitment are working with our Shannon based client who are searching for a talented CNC Programmer, programming using offline CAD packages for the Aerospace and Medical industry.

CNC Programmer Tasks:

• Program CNC Machines using CAD/CAM Packages (Hypermill and/or Solidcam)
• Run first off's on 5 axis Doosan CNCs
• Toolmaking duties
• Program/editing online packages (Siemens)
• Self-Inspection of components
• Producing parts on various machine shop equipment

CNC Programmer Profile:

• Several years' experience within a CNC Programming role
• Extensive experience in programming using either Hypermill or Solidcam
• Use of Manual Mills and Lathe's ideally
• Knowledge of online CNC programming using Siemens would be ideal but not essential
• Producing high precision parts for various industries (medical, automotive, aerospace, oil & gas etc)
