CNC Miller required in Shannon, ROI

We are seeking a CNC Miller with very strong Programming skills who will be required to carry out machining and programming to produce parts for various industries such as Aerospace & Medical.

CNC Miller Tasks:

• Set & Operate and Program multi axis CNC Mills (Hurco, Doosan, DMG)
• Toolmaking duties
• Program Machines using Siemens and Hurco
• Self-Inspection of components
• Producing parts on various machine shop equipment

CNC Miller Profile:

• Several years' experience within a Toolmaking / Milling role
• Extensive experience in programming using either Siemens or Hurco is a must
• Use of Manual Mills and Lathe's
• Knowledge of CAM programming would be highly advantageous (Solid CAM, One CNC, Hypermill)
• Producing high precision parts for various industries (medical, automotive, aerospace, oil & gas etc)
