Electro – Mechanical Assembler

• Job: 6 months (on going contract)
• Rate: £14 – 15 per hour
• Hours: Normal days (40 hours per week)
• Extra’s: Overtime available
• Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex

Are you an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician with a passion for precision engineering and bespoke automotive systems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environment? If so, we want you on our team!
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in assembling high-performance mechanical and electrical components, ensuring quality through inspection, and working alongside Research & Development to drive innovation.
Your Role & Impact
Precision Assembly:

• Hands-on assembly of electro-mechanical components with exacting standards.
• Work with a variety of mechanical equipment and chemicals, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Read and interpret schematic drawings to deliver flawless builds.

Quality & Performance:

• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure all assemblies meet stringent quality standards.
• Support the Production Manager in tracking and improving KPIs.
• Drive lean manufacturing principles and champion continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Proven experience in low-volume, high-precision manufacturing.
Hands-on expertise in bespoke automotive platform production.
Strong ability to work from schematic drawings with precision.
Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
