• 37.5 hours a week
• 24 days + BH
• Overtime available 1.3x (1.5x Saturday, 2x Sunday)
• Based close to Abingdon

Syntech are currently partnering with a prestigious composite business based in Oxfordshire, we are on the lookout for a talented Electro-Mechanical Fitter (Build technician). Someone who can read and understand drawings and work with electrical and mechanical parts along with moulded parts.
Electro - Mech Fitter Duties:
Assist in the assembly and finish of moulded parts

Efficiently undertake installation of mechanical, electrical and trim components as part of the engineering stage fit out process. Install engine, drive train and associated cabling and pipe work.
Assist in the preparation and bonding of boats.

Assist in the cutting, grinding and flow coating of bonded boats.

Fitter's profile:
Can read and understand drawings (assembly, engineering, schematics etc)
Experienced in the use of a variety of hand tools (workshop tools)
Keen eye for detail and precision
Experienced in Assembly and/or Moulded parts (desirable)
