• 8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday

Syntech Recruitment are currently recruiting for a talented Estimator to join a high end bespoke manufacturing business in Bedfordshire. The successful Estimator will work with senior management to ensure accurate estimates are completed in a timely manner for high end clients all over the UK.
The role of the Estimator:

· Managing large tenders that have complex technical requirements
· Optimising tenders further and supporting other estimators on high end projects

• The estimator will produce as-built drawings to illustrate and ultimately to confirm with customers our ideas and intentions with regards to hardware, fitting methods, layout etc.
• Take responsibility on large projects (up to £250k) to ensure purchasing, labour and production remain in line with the budgeted estimate

Estimator's experience:

• You must be solution focused, articulate, organised, hard working and an extremely good multi tasker

• Confident in reading architectural drawings, CAD, build-ups and specifications
• Must have a QS qualification or developed strong professional QS skills on-the-job
• Demonstrable experience within the construction sector
• Will have proven estimating experience for large tenders
