Industrial Spray Painter
Location: North Co. Meath, Ireland
Rate: €15 – €17 per hour (39-hour week)

Syntech Recruitment are partnering with our client, a leading design and manufacturing business, to find an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join their team in North Co. Meath. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic company specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint using industry-standard spray guns to achieve a high-quality finish on industrial equipment.
• Mix and match paints to achieve precise colour specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring all materials are properly cleaned and primed.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools as required for the role.
• Assist with general operative duties as needed, contributing to team tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial painting (automotive spray painting will also be considered).
• Strong understanding of spray painting techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as training is provided.
