Injection Mould Process Engineer
Syntech Recruitment are recruiting for a talented Injection Mould Process Engineer for our future technology client based out of Galway, Republic of Ireland. We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer who has mould validation experience and can manage and carry out tool setting, material handling, quality checks and packaging. This role would be a great opportunity for an engineer who is wanting to grow with a business and the chance to move into a supervisor role.

Injection Mould Process Engineer Responsibilities:

• Working with brand new, state of the art Fanuc based injection mould machinery
• Setting tools prior to machining
• Handling automation and end of arm tooling
• Working with resins and materials daily
• In the future, working with operators/setters on injection mould machinery
• Assist to develop and implement new mould shop and SOPS
• Trouble shooting machinery when required
• Following H&S standards at all time
• Mentoring and training new/junior members of the injection mould machine shop

Injection Mould Process Engineer Qualities:

• Experience within NPI Injection Mould tool processing
• Experience working on Fanuc Injection Mould Machines
• Excellent trouble shooting ability to help investigate and solve mould issues
• Flexibility with hands on planning and implementation of tool setting, material handling and production scheduling
• Open to training new members of the team
