Internal Sales Coordinator 

Syntech Recruitment are currently working with a long standing client that are looking to expanding their team by recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator. You will be the liaison to their customers and help provide a dependable, dynamic and efficient sales team and represent a key function to the company’s vision.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent sales service with the understanding and empathy for the customers
  • Build strong relationships with the sales team
  • Address customer sales enquiries in a prompt and organised manner
  • Generate quotations for products
  • Follow up on quotations for feedback
  • Cold call identified new customers and offer the services
  • Update the sales team and manage the database
  • Sales meetings
  • Work effectively to process in support of the requirements of ISO 17025 and ISO 9001

 About you

  • Preferably have some sales experience within a technical environment
  • Clear and friendly telephone manner
  • Proficient in using Microsoft 365
  • Organised and good planning skills
  • Customer focused and excellent communication skills
