Syntech Recruitment is currently searching for a Logistics Coordinator for our client, based near Southam, Warwickshire. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and dispatching a variety of equipment, ensuring it is returned to customers promptly and in excellent condition. This is a key position that requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Receipt & Booking: Receive equipment from couriers and customers, accurately logging all items into our management software with precision and speed.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that each customer order includes all required and expected accessories. Thoroughly screen equipment, identifying and reporting any missing or damaged items to customers immediately.
• Logistics Coordination: Direct equipment to the appropriate departments based on customer needs, ensuring seamless internal workflow.
• Professional Packaging & Dispatch: Prepare equipment for dispatch with meticulous care, ensuring safe and secure packaging. Manage customer collections efficiently.
• Data Management: Keep our shipping software updated with the latest customer information, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations.
• Area Management: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the goods-in area, contributing to overall workplace safety and efficiency.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure every piece of equipment is accounted for and handled correctly.
• Data Entry Proficiency: Fast, accurate data entry skills to maintain precise records.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, suppliers, and customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Engineering concepts and electromechanical aptitude (Desirable).
