Night Shift Supervisor

• Close to Maidenhead
• £16-18 per hour
• 18:00pm - 6:00am Monday-Thursday
• 1x 30 min lunch break and 2x 15 min breaks

Syntech are currently working with a leading ISO accredited Sheet metal & Fabrication business close to Slough. We are looking for an experienced team leader (background in punch press and laser) to join the business on a permanent basis. Working in a purpose facility you will lead a team of machine operators to ensure quality products are produced.

Supervisor Duties:

• Manages and supervises a team of up to 4-6 people.
• Communicate company goals, safety practises and deadlines to the team.
• Motivates team members and assesses performance.
• Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
• Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

Supervisor profile:

• Experience in Forming desired, due to this role being hands on.
• Supervisor experience in a manufacturing background
• Troubleshooting and problem solving required
• Open to training

This role will provide hands on machine training for candidates, so if you are a skilled supervisor in a sheet metal facility please do not be afraid to apply.
