Office Administrator
- 6month FTC to Perm
- Salary up to £14p/h
- 30hrs per week (Flexible working hours)

Syntech Recruitment are recruiting a versatile Administrator for our client in Farnborough. You will need to be strong in a variety of skills including; Book-keeping, Microsoft Excel and HR administration.
The responsibilities of an Administrator:
- General book-keeping / accounts administration duties using SAGE50
- Prepare cash flow information each month and input into the cash flow forecast
- Assist with sales order processing, which includes generating job sheets, labels and invoices
- Assist with purchasing, booking in and trying up suppliers invoices
- General HR Administration duties (Logging annual leave, sickness)
- Other general office based tasks
The profile of a successful Administrator:
- Experienced user of SAGE software
- Prior experience inside an accountant/account's assistant role
- A willingness to get involved in additional tasks when required
- Experience with Microsoft packages (Excel, word etc)
