Office Administrator

  • 6month FTC to Perm
  • Salary up to £14p/h
  • 30hrs per week (Flexible working hours)

Syntech Recruitment are recruiting a versatile Administrator for our client in Farnborough. You will need to be strong in a variety of skills including; Book-keeping, Microsoft Excel and HR administration.

The responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • General book-keeping / accounts administration duties using SAGE50
  • Prepare cash flow information each month and input into the cash flow forecast
  • Assist with sales order processing, which includes generating job sheets, labels and invoices
  • Assist with purchasing, booking in and trying up suppliers invoices
  • General HR Administration duties (Logging annual leave, sickness)
  • Other general office based tasks


The profile of a successful Administrator:

  • Experienced user of SAGE software
  • Prior experience inside an accountant/account's assistant role
  • A willingness to get involved in additional tasks when required
  • Experience with Microsoft packages (Excel, word etc)
