Your Role in High-Pressure Testing. As a Pressure Test Technician, you’ll take on a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and performance of critical aerospace components.

Pressure Test Technician responsibilities:

• Pressure Testing Expertise: Learn or demonstrate proficiency in running high-pressure tests on hoses and components up to 10,000 PSI, ensuring they meet stringent quality and safety standards.
• Destructive Testing: Conduct tests to destruction, gathering valuable data to improve product designs and performance.
• Precision Setup: Use engineering drawings and detailed specifications to set up testing programmes accurately and efficiently.
• Quality Inspections: Verify that all components meet exacting standards through meticulous inspections and adherence to technical guidelines.
• Certification and Documentation: Issue detailed certificates and maintain thorough records for quality assurance.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional with the following:

• Experience in Pressure Testing: Familiarity with high-pressure equipment is highly desirable, but training will be provided to learn testing up to 10,000 PSI.
• Engineering Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Practical Assembly Skills: Hands-on experience with riveting, bonding, gluing, and using engineering hand tools.
• Precision and Focus: An unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Manufacturing Background: Basic experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential.
