Punch Press Team Leader

• Close to Maidenhead
• £14-15 per hour
• 07:30am - 16:00pm Monday-Friday
• Overtime usually available

Syntech are currently working with a leading ISO accredited Sheet metal & Fabrication business close to Slough, we are looking for an experienced team leader (background in punch press and laser) to join the business on a permanent basis. Working in a purpose facility you will lead a team of machine operators to ensure quality products are produced.

Team Leader Duties:

• Plans and schedules workloads through Amada 3i Blank Software.
• Leading a small team (up to 3 or 4 people)
• Responsible for ensuring daily maintenance of machine (TPM)

Team Leader profile:

• Experience of operating and setting of the Laser Punch Combination Machine (Amada EML).
• Practical problem solver.
• Responsible for all elements of Health and Safety within the area.
• Forklift licence would be beneficial.
