QESH (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) Manager

Job Title: QESH (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) Manager

Reports to: Managing Director

 

Purpose:

To manage and lead all aspects of quality, health, safety, and environmental management within the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

  • Set up and improve the company’s Quality Management System.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Manage equipment calibration and support the design and development process.
  • Reduce quality-related costs and ensure products meet company and customer standards.
  • Oversee internal audits and identify improvement areas.
  • Handle complaints and defects, and manage corrective actions.
  • Lead third-party audits and ensure any required corrections are made.
  • Provide quality training to employees and monitor key quality metrics.
  • Conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Submit monthly and quarterly reports.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:

  • Oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities.
  • Create the annual Carbon Reduction report and update plans.
  • Work towards maintaining recognised HSE standards.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Guide the continuous improvement team and ensure progress.

Location: Frimley, Surrey
Salary : £55-60k
