Recruitment Resourcer


Due to a large upturn in work load we urgently require experienced or Trainee Resourcers to assist with the candidate resourcing function and join our high performing team. Syntech operate within the Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive and Aerospace sectors, so if you have a keen interest in these markets we would love to hear from you

Working directly with experienced consultants a Resourcers role is to resource/search for suitable candidates for vacancies, competency interviewing and shortlisting them for a wide variety of jobs and all levels of salary. You will provide a high level of service to candidates, from initial contact, shortlisting candidates, client submission, arranging interviews all the way through to successfully placing them in suitable roles across a large range of small, medium and large clients within the UK and abroad.

What are we looking for:

• We will consider experienced Resourcers and those with no experience but can demonstrate a flair and passion for recruitment
• Confident communication skills
• Be calm and work well under pressure
• Be able to work in a demanding and very fast paced environment
• Have a real passion for building relationships
• Above all, you will need to be resilient, committed and hungry to make sales, earn commissions and build yourself a rewarding career in Recruitment
