RECRUITMENT RESOURCER - DELIVERY CONSULTANT (NO COLD SALES!!)

Syntech are looking to recruit several enthusiastic, hard-working and extremely driven new talent to join our high performing sales team. The salesperson will be expected to maintain a large pipeline while fostering strong client and candidate relationships whilst offering a consultative approach to the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Speaking to a variety of potential candidates on daily basis with the aim of placing them in jobs
• Writing and placing job adverts on the company website, and other internet sites
• Searching and shortlisting candidates for our client's jobs
• Sourcing client leads for the Business development team
• Managing advert responses and matching candidates to client requirements
• Telephone interviewing candidates
• Preparing candidate CVs and profiles for submission to clients
• Use CRM Software to track and manage all recruitment activity
• Arranging interviews for candidates

About You:

• Strong pipeline management skills
• Strong and confident communicator
• Exceptional closing skills
• Be calm and work well under pressure
• Experience in exceeding targets
• Passion for building client and candidate relationships and seeing opportunity around every corner
• Adaptable and able to function in a fast paced, challenging environment
• Have excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages) and be good with numbers
