The role of a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant is extremely varied and challenging and you will be expected to:

• Speak to a variety of potential candidates on daily basis with the aim of placing them in jobs
• Write and placing job adverts on the company website, and other internet sites
• Search and shortlist candidates for our client's jobs
• Source client leads for the Business development team
• Manage advert responses and matching candidates to client requirements
• Telephone interview candidates
• Prepare candidate CVs and profiles for submission to clients
• Use CRM Software to track and manage all recruitment activity
• Arrange interviews for candidates
• Build client and candidate relationships

About You:

• Strong and confident communicator
• Exceptional closing skills
• Be calm and work well under pressure
• Experience in exceeding targets
• Passion for building client and candidate relationships and seeing opportunity around every corner
• Adaptable and able to function in a fast paced, challenging environment
• Have excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages) and be good with numbers
