Role: Sales Co-Ordinator
Salary: €28-30k Plus Benefits
My established client in Waterford has a rare opportunity for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join their amazing team.
- Manage relationships with international clients and key accounts and reporting.
- Taking ownership of specific customer requests and ensuring those requirements are executed throughout the organisation.
- Coordinating with production and shipping regarding customer orders/shipments.
- Preparing quotations and price lists for standard and made-to-order products.
- Prepare complete documentation and paperwork for global shipments.
- Coordinate freight and logistics companies to fit with collection schedules.
- Comply with standard operating procedures and work systems.
- Manage customer order schedule and regularly update client on delivery status.
- Collecting performance data to prepare metrics for customer orders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering qualification
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
- Knowledge of functions within a customer service department.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Competent in using CRM programmes.
- Working knowledge within a manufacturing environment.
- Assertiveness and the ability to take control and deliver on the tasks and objectives set out.
- Full clean driving license
