Sales Executive – APU (Auxiliary Power Unit)
Location: Remote/Worldwide
Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 DOE, with a personal bonus of up to €20,000 (experience will determine the final package)

Syntech Recruitment is partnering with our client, a leading Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO) specialising in Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 series aircraft, Landing Gear, and APU overhaul. With a strong presence in the European MRO market, they are recognised for their high-quality and reliable services.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth while supporting the overall APU sales strategy. This role requires an individual with strong sales acumen and the ability to develop long-term, sustainable customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and drive new business opportunities for the APU division worldwide, building a pipeline of customers and converting leads into sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, cargo operators, and leasing companies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, enhancing the company’s value proposition.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Raise brand awareness and create demand for the company’s services within the target customer base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development of an annual industry trade event calendar, attend key events, and represent the company.
• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM, ensuring all sales leads, RFPs, and relevant customer data are accurately recorded.
• Undertake additional duties as reasonably assigned.
• Frequent international travel is required.
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent qualification in aircraft maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation sector.
• Proven track record in sales and sales processes within the aviation industry.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth.
• People-focused team player with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Energetic and dedicated approach with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines and targets.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills.
