Toolmaker / CNC Miller required in Clare, ROI

for innovative, leading precision engineering business based in Leinster, Ireland. The successful Toolmaker / EDM will be an experienced engineer who can utilise machine shop equipment (manual mills, lathe's etc)

Toolmaker Tasks:

• Set & Operate multi axis CNC Mills (Hurco, Doosan, DMG)
• Toolmaking duties
• Program Machines using Winmax and Fanuc
• Self-Inspection of components
• Producing parts on various machine shop equipment

Your Profile:

• Several years experience within a Toolmaking / Machining role
• Use of Manual Mills and Lathe's
• Working knowledge of EDM Machines would be ideal
• Knowledge of Hypermill or Solidcam would be ideal
• Producing high precision parts for various industries (medical, automotive, aerospace, oil & gas etc)
