All Trainees will go through a 2 week training & induction programme, that will cover the basics of recruitment as well as teach you about our business and the sectors we work in.
Candidates do not have to come from a recruitment background, but ideal previous roles would be PT’s, estate agency, sales, front of house reception or customer service.

Job Description & Duties:
Search and identify candidates to send to client’s vacancies using the company CRM and external job boards / media.
Manage day to day client activities as and when required.
Key Duties
- Learn the companies CRM system works, external job boards (Boolean searching etc)
- Search job boards, internal CRM system and media for potential candidates to contact and discuss client’s vacancies with.
- Identify CV’s and contact candidates via phone, mail, text etc to discuss their current employment and future job requirements.
- Qualify candidates by asking questions and gaining information.
- Sending candidates relevant job information, specs, benefits etc
- Add new candidates to our internal CRM updating and maintaining the system.
- Shortlist candidates to client jobs on CRM system
- Prepare CV’s to be sent to client for review ensuring accurate data and correct grammar. CV’s to be sent by client manager unless instructed otherwise.
- Track client and candidate feedback on CRM and keep the candidate updated at all stages of the process, ensure all communication with candidates is logged on the CRM
- Arrange interviews as per client requests and send out interview confirmations to candidates (to be checked by manager prior to sending)
- Prepare candidates for their interviews and obtain post interview feedback and relay this to Manager.
- Relay client feedback to candidate
Additional duties
- Gain candidate eligibility to work docs (ID) where required
- Carry out mass CRM mailshots/SMS’s
- Create job board watchdogs / mailshots
- Other adhoc duties as required
