Syntech Recruitment are recruiting for multiple motivated, money driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work with us in our Camberley office. We are specialists inside Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment, sourcing for talent all over the UK, Europe and even the USA.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be working inside our Camberley office in a high paced, sales like environment. You will be speaking to both candidates and clients via the phone, video calls and even face to face meetings! The role will also entails sourcing CV's, sending CV's to clients and various Admin work.

You will be learning from our small but experienced team, with a compact Key Stage training program to bring you up to speed within your first 3 months! We are searching for candidates with exceptional levels of energy, therefore anyone with a background in sales, telesales or recruitment would be encouraged to apply.

The interview process will consist of a brief MS Teams chat and then we will invite the successful applicants through to a face to face interview in our COVID secure office in Camberley.
