Are you an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator looking for a new opportunity with a forward-thinking manufacturer?

Syntech Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well-established engineering business near Farnborough in their search for a TIG Welder. You’ll be welding and fabricating primarily in stainless steel, playing a key role in production and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG and MIG welding (primarily stainless steel)
• Stainless steel fabrication to a high standard
• Quality checking and basic inspection
• Working from technical drawings
• Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working to ISO standards

Candidate Profile:

• Strong TIG welding skills (MIG training can be provided)
• Experience fabricating with stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Confident using inspection tools such as verniers and callipers
• Willingness to learn and take on training opportunities

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £38,500 per annum
• 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service)
• Profit share scheme (worth approx. 3% per annum)
