Welding Technician

Salary: £24k - £25k per annum
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Industry: Aerospace - Maintenance Repair and Overhaul
Hours: 39 hour week

We at Syntech Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced technician with aluminium TIG welding experience on behalf of an Aerospace MRO business based in Wokingham, Berkshire.

In this position you will be responsible for performing high value repairs of aluminium aerospace components using TIG welding techniques.
Prior experience in the aerospace industry is NOT required as you will receive regular training to ensure you can work to the highest of industry quality standards.

Skills and Experience Required:
-Previous experience in TIG Welding with Aluminium
-Reading and understanding engineering drawings
-Working to standard operating procedures
-Quality checking of your own work
-Understanding and adherence to health and safety standards
