Workshop Engineer

  • £12 - £14ph
  • Monday - Friday day shift
  • Overtime available at 1.3x basic
  • Pension

We have a position available for an all-round Workshop Engineer to join a well-established machining company based near Basingstoke. This role will require the successful Workshop Engineer to be happy to get hands on with all aspects of the workshop, including deburring components, operating CNC machinery and cutting materials.

Workshop Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the workshop where required
  • Deburring and finishing of components
  • Completing inspection of components
  • Cutting material and general toolroom duties.

Workshop Engineer Skillset:

  • Manual machining experience beneficial but not essential
  • Deburring and finishing components experience
  • Material cutting experience
  • CNC Operating (desirable as training will be provided)
