Yard Hand
· 6 month contract
· £9 p/h PAYE
· Straight Days - early finish Friday
· Driving license required

A vacancy has arisen for a yard hand / labourer for our client who is based in Denham, Uxbridge, Middlesex. Initially on a 6 month contract basis

Duties:
Keeping external car park and grounds tidy
Lifting and shifting / furniture and equipment moves
Sweeping, gutter clearing,
Disposing of waste material
Various other general laboring tasks

Experience and Skills:
Previous yard hand / laboring experience within a manufacturing or similar environment
Manual handling - office moves around the site
Basic grounding in H&S policies and procedures and Waste / Recycling
Driving license and fork-lift license highly desirable

For all successful candidates, our client will undertake background security checks. As part of this, they will need to confirm your identity, employment history and address history to cover the past five years as well as your nationality, immigration status and criminal record. For positions that require Security Clearance, the successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain security clearance up to the relevant level for the role.
