About the role: As a Surface Treatment Technician, you’ll play a vital role in crafting precision-engineered safety equipment for the Aerospace and Defence industries. This hands-on role includes:

• Preparing and treating metallic surfaces for anodising and passivation.
• Operating manual and automated finishing equipment.
• Conducting detailed inspections to ensure components meet strict quality standards.
• Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Shift Patterns:

• Week One: 6am–2pm
• Week Two: 1:45pm–10pm

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking driven individuals with:

• Surface Treatment Experience: Expertise in anodising, plating, jigging, or similar processes.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and operate measuring equipment.
• Precision: A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of COSHH regulations and handling hazardous substances.
