Aluminium Welder

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000
Location: Four Mile Bridge, LL65
Hours: Monday to Friday (normal dayshift hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
 
Aluminium Welder Duties:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to coded industry standards.
• Work with aluminium and stainless steel for high-specification marine fabrications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precision in all builds.
• Fabricate small to medium-sized components for aluminium boat building projects.
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure welding procedures, material preparation, and fabrication meet strict quality and compliance regulations.
• Carry out metal cutting and forming processes as required.
• Ensure all welding and fabrication work meets safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

Proven ability to weld using MIG and TIG processes.
Strong background in fabrication and welding of aluminium and stainless steel.
Experience working from engineering drawings with precision.
Knowledge of metal cutting and forming processes.
Valid driving license.
