Maintenance Fitter (MAMF)

Location: Ringsend, Dublin
Salary: Up to €55,000 + 5% Bonus
Hours: Mon–Thurs 07:30am–4:00pm, Fri 07:30am–3:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Syntech Recruitment are partnered with a fantastic engineering services business based in Dublin and we are on the lookout for several Maintenance Fitter (MAMF). Join a progressive and safety-first engineering team based in Ringsend, Dublin, where your skills will directly support the operation and development of critical plant systems. Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in Mechanical Automation & Maintenance Fitting (MAMF) is essential for this position.

Maintenance Fitter – Mechanical Automation & Maintenance Fitter Duties:

• Performing preventative maintenance across plant equipment and systems
• Maintaining a clean and efficient engineering workspace
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring maintenance activities align with all site policies and procedures

Maintenance Fitter – Mechanical Automation & Maintenance Fitter Essential Experience: 

• Essential: Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in Mechanical Automation & Maintenance Fitting (MAMF)
• Practical, hands-on experience in industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale environments
• Team player with the initiative to work independently when needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
