Calorimetric Test Technician

Salary: £30k
Location: Brighton- (easily accessible by train) 
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP

Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Testing Technician to complete tests across multiple disciplines, primarily calorimetric heat exchanger performance. You will become an important 

member of the team and strive for excellence in everything you do.

Calorimetric Test Technician Responsibilities:

• Able to identify types of heat exchanger and automotive components and understand work instruction requirements
• Proficient in Calorimetric testing across multiple fluid types and designs
• Modification of rigs and piping systems to suit individual requirements
• Ensure testing equipment is fir for purpose, calibrated and fully functional
• Generating testing reports
• Follow instruction and work to procedure
• Participation in competency assessments, internal investigations and UKAS audit visits
• Work to a timely and professional manner
• Make sure priority tasks are met 
• Work to the requirements of ISO17025 AND ISO9001 accreditation 

Desirable Experience:

• 1 year plus within instrumentation/metrology experience
• Preferable Math’s/English and Science GCSE
