Industrial Painter

Salary: £29,500-£34k plus 15% shift premium
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: Monday–Thursday- Afternoon shift
Start Date: ASAP

Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Industrial painter to work at their high end facility in Aylesbury. You will be part of a team that will produce high quality finished

components ensuring durability and in compliance with industry standards

 Industrial Painter Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
• Mix and handle 2 pack paints safely and following manufacturer specifications and COSHH guidelines
• Monitor curing times and environmental conditions to ensure optimal finish and quality
• Conduct visual inspections and thickness testing to meet standards 
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Assist in other areas as required
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures

Industrial Painter Requirements

• NVQ/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience with 2-pack paint systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Familiar with surface preparation and finishing standards
• Understanding of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials
