Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (Depending on Experience)
Benefits: 33 days (inc BH) + Pension + private Medical + overtime available + half day finish on Fridays + flexible start/finish times

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Miller/Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of programming experience and be able to start contributing immediately, must be comfortable on Heidenhain controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Use CAD/CAM systems to create and optimise machining programs.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are met in the production of parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain and ensure safe operations of CNC machinery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems, with a preference for Edgecam and Vero. Experience with other systems will be considered.
- Strong background in manufacturing parts for the F1 industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
