Assembly Operative 

Salary: £13.00 per hour
Location: High Wycombe 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00 (40 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re hiring for a detail-focused Assembly Operative to join a specialist manufacturing business in High Wycombe. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated production team working on the assembly and packaging of high-precision lab consumables used in scientific research and testing.

Assembly Operative Benefits:

Assembly Operative Responsibilities:

• Assembly and gluing of intricate plastic laboratory products
• Operating plastic injection moulding machines
• Accurately completing documentation for traceability and compliance
• Following internal quality procedures and production protocols
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Supporting general production, packing, and warehouse duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in hands-on assembly work (essential)
• Very high attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable following work instructions and shifting between tasks
• Good communication and computer literacy
• Physically fit and reliable
• Team player with a flexible attitude
