Assembly Operative

· Between £10 - £15ph
· Temp, with possibility of going perm
· Location: High Wycombe
· 40 hour week (Mon to Thurs 7.00 - 16.00 and Fri 7.00 - 1.00)

Assembly Operative needed for a well-known aerospace company based near High Wycombe.
Working to engineering drawings and using a variety of handheld tools, adhesives and assembly techniques to ensure product quality is perfect every time.

Assembly Operative Responsibilities:
· Working with accuracy to engineering drawings and diagrams
· Following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Using a variety of handheld tools to assemble components
· Completing assemblies using various skills such as bonding, gluing etc etc
· Basic self-inspection of own work

Skills, Qualification and Experience
· Able to interpret engineering drawings and diagrams
· Good hand to eye coordination and manual dexterity
· Previous experience with assembly tools and skills (bonding, gluing etc)
· At least 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
· Ideally experience within interior aerospace manufacturing
· High attention to detail required, along with ability to work unsupervised
