Brazer & Welding Trainer / Uxbridge / Up to £47,000 per annum

Are you passionate about training and developing welding talent? Our renown aerospace client is where you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing welding staff. As a Welding Training Partner, you'll design and implement training programs, ensuring team members maintain the required competence levels, especially within TIG welding and Brazing, and drive continuous improvement and support through our client's company-wide training strategy.

Location / Hours

You'll be based close to Uxbridge, Middlesex, five days per week; you'll need to be able to drive there or be on close public transport links. free parking available.

37 hr week (Mon-Thurs 8.00-17.00 / Friday 8.00-12pm)

Brazing & Welding Trainer Requirements

• Proficiency in TIG Welding and Brazing techniques.
• Experience in training and developing personnel.
• Understanding of technical drawing requirements and welding inspection (such as ASME Y14.5 or ISO 8888)
• Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) in an engineering-related discipline.
• Good computing skills, particularly with Microsoft Office platforms.
