CNC Mill-Turn Machinist (Programmer / Setter / Operator)

Salary: £22.00–£24.00 per hour
Location: Near Ascot (commutable from Bracknell, Slough, Wokingham, and Farnborough)
Hours: Mon–Thu 7am–5.30pm, Fri 7am–12pm (45hrs with 6hrs paid at OT rate)

We’re hiring for a CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join a tight-knit and experienced team, producing intricate components using the latest Mazak Integrex and QT machines.

CNC Mill Turn Machinist Duties:

• Programming, setting and operating Mazak Integrex i450H and QT200MSY
• Working on complex 5-axis parts with sub-spindle capability
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings with tight tolerances
• Using CAM software (NX CAM experience highly preferred)
• Running multiple machines when required
• Playing a key role in a collaborative and high-performing team

CNC Mill Turn Machinist Profile:

• 5+ years of CNC Mill Turn experience
• 3+ years using Mazak machines (Integrex and QT)
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming (offline/CAM ideally)
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset
• Someone well organised with a methodical approach
