Syntech Recruitment are partnering with our client, a leading precision engineering company based in Waterford, seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with CNC milling experience with an understanding of CAM software to join a dynamic team committed to quality and excellence, producing high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered parts across various sectors
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining
• Program, operate, and adjust CNC machines with a focus on precision and quality control
• Utilise CAM software, ideally Fusion 360, to prepare and optimise machining processes for complex components
• Monitor and maintain machine performance for consistent quality output

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC milling operations
• Proficiency in CAM software, with Fusion 360 experience highly desirable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work efficiently and independently
