The work culture? Supportive, hands-on and refreshingly different. Daily team huddles, a company-wide lean mindset and a culture of “how can we make this better?” make this a standout opportunity for CNC professionals who want to grow.

What’s on offer:

  • Up to £40,000 salary depending on experience
  • Monday–Friday day shift with no night work
  • 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays
  • Overtime paid at standard rate for the first hour and time-and-a-half thereafter
  • Ongoing training – informal mentoring plus formal CNC courses
  • Daily lean practices, including stretch sessions and team huddles
  • A role where your voice and ideas are actually heard

CNC Turner Duties:

  • Performing in-process checks using micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.
  • Supporting other areas of the workshop when machines are running (such as anodising)
  • Taking part in continuous improvement activities across tooling, layout, and setups
  • Developing programming skills over time (Fusion 360 used in-house)

CNC Turner Profile:

  • A hands-on team player with a keen eye for detail
  • Based within 40 mins of CR5 postcode
