CNC Turner - Days or Nights
- Near Oxford
- £17ph - £18.50ph + 1.3x shift uplift
- 4 Nights a week (6pm - 4am)
Syntech Recruitment are searching for a CNC Turner for our sub-contract machine shop client based out near Oxford. Working on a variety of turning machines, you will be expected to be able to program using Fanuc controls.
CNC Turner Duties
- Program various CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Reading engineering drawings to produce programs
- Self inspection of machined components when required
- Creating layout sheets to document tools and tooling for other operators
- Following Health and Safety protocols at all time
CNC Turner Profile
- Proven experience of programming lathes using Fanuc controls
- Experience working on 3 and 5 axis CNC lathes (Puma)
- Time served apprenticeship would be ideal but not essential
- Flexible attitude to work and hours
- Self inspection skills
