Syntech are recruiting a Design Engineer for our Aerospace, Oil a& Gas sub-contract client based out near Longford. Working within the design team, you will be tasked with using Solidworks to create new and adjusted components.
Design Engineer Duties:

• Program using Solidworks
• Reading from complex engineering drawings
• Discussing production with on-site CNC Machinists
• Working with the quotation and sales team to ensure production times are met

Design Engineer profile:

• Proficient working with Solidworks, other packages may be considered
• Experience inside an Aerospace or Oil&Gas environment
• Former machining experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Capable of reading complex engineering drawings
