Salary: £45k-£55k
Location: Farnborough
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Installations Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic team in Farnborough. If you’re passionate about driving results, mentoring engineers, and working in a role with real impact and future growth, we’d love to hear from you.

Electrical Installations Supervisor Responsibilities:

• To survey, install and commission clients site based control systems

• Ensuring work is completed to the highest standard
• The work will be mainly electrical based, but will have basic PLC programming involved 
• To supervise engineers on site and be a point of contact
• Make sure deadlines are met

Experience:

• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in electrical installation
• Relevant electrical qualifications (C&G, BTEC, NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, 18th Edition)
• ECS Gold Card holder – or eligible (we’ll cover the cost!)
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (advantageous)
• Background in control systems, M&E, theme parks, or automated environments
• Strong understanding of analogue inputs/outputs and DC power supplies
• Familiarity with control panel installation and commissioning, including PLCs
• Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Full UK Driving Licence
