Facilities Maintenance Engineer / Newbury / Up to £40k
Are you a Facilities Maintenance Engineer looking for a brand new opportunity to work with an innovative automotive company? Do you want to work within a company that supports progression? Are you looking to use your skillset to help the company grow and develop further?
This could be the role for you! This company is a specialist in their field, hiring skilled people to assist with facilities maintenance and occasional plant maintenance of their manufacturing facility.
Location / Hours:
You'll be based close to Newbury, Berkshire. This position will be 6am to 6:30pm, Friday through Sunday.
Requirements:
- Level 2 in Facilities Services and/or Level 3 in facilities management
- Previous experience working within a facilities or estate management positions
- Electrical Apprenticeship or City & Guilds Electrical Maintenance
- Be able to prioritise tasks
- IOSH qualification is ideal but not essential
- Understand basic technical aspects of property - Mechanical & Electrical, Air-Con, etc.
Salary / Benefits:
As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you can earn up to £40,000 per annum.
