Gas Boiler Installation Engineer

Location: Surrey based
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering business carrying out high-quality heating work across the South East.

The role will primarily focus on boiler installations, with occasional maintenance and repair work as required. You’ll be joining a team that values reliability, safety, and craftsmanship, working with a varied customer base across domestic and light commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out the installation of boilers and associated heating systems
• Conduct occasional servicing, fault-finding, and repairs
• Ensure all work meets current regulations and safety standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach on-site
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in gas boiler installation
• Relevant ACS qualifications such as CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, and HTR1
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
