Instrumentation Calibration Engineer

Salary: £30-32k 
Location: Washington, Tyne & Wear
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

Our market leading client is seeking an experienced Calibration Engineer to the team at their facility in Washington.  You will responsible for calibrating a variety of measuring instrumentation and repair facilities to both ISO 9001

and UKAS accredited standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company and develop your skills and career

Instrumentation Calibration Engineer  Responsibilities:

• Have had previous experience as an instrument Engineer and working to National Standards 
• Inspection or calibration experience within a manufacturing, aerospace or automotive sector
• Ideally qualified up to HND, HNC level
• Knowledge of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025 

Stores Operative Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to work under supervision and manage your own workload
