Maintenance Operative

Salary: €40,000 (increases to €45k+ after 12 months experience) 

Location: Dublin, D4

Hours: 12-hour shifts – 07:00–19:00 (days) / 19:00–07:00 (nights) 

• Pattern: 2 Days On → 2 Days Off → 2 Nights On → 2 Days Off
• Repeated over 8 cycles, followed by 17 consecutive days off

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Full Time, Permanent  

The successful Maintenance Operative will have the ability to carry out various work including basic maintenance of machinery, fabrication and assembly 

Maintenance Operative Responsibilities

• Maintenance of equipment necessary for plant operation
• Working at height and confined spaces
• Assisting in offloading of deliveries, transport across site and lifting duties.
• Preparing and providing reports
• Ensuring required materials are available
• Ensuring required resources are available

Maintenance Operative Requirements

• Experience of maintaining and/or operating machinery 
• Excellent communication skills
• Report writing skills
• Safe Pass, Confined Space Training
